“Currently, across industries, there is a huge perception that there are skills gaps, however, on the other end, there is a production mechanism (educational institutions) for these skills to industries. Naledi CMC has the capabilities to serve as a bridge between educational institutions and industries. This vision also supports the National Development Plan (NDP) and Strategic Infrastructure Projects initiatives (SIPS). Naledi CMC pursues to address this gap by continuously engaging stakeholders and ensuring continuous relevance and then ultimately engaging graduates and place them into programmes that allow them to acquire practical skills that will enable them to be productive in the work place.”
